What an awesome story! What are some lessons learned for PCC and PCI and don't be afraid as an NCO to politely confront your officer on complacency or doing the same thing over and over and having the enemy learn your tactics techniques and procedures!

I don't know where they're finding guys to write these articles, but these are awesome. It's genuinely refreshing to read about leaders learning from their mistakes, rather than trying to shunt the blame onto others, and save their egos.
