You have to wonder what makes an educated person do something like this, much less the superintendent of school in the district where the behavior happened. Only in New Jersey. Theres a reason people make fun of New Jersey!

But seriously, why is he charged with "public lewdness"? He didn't take the dirty videos of himself. Why not charge the people who took the dirty pictures?
(Pretty stupid of a Ph. D. not to realize a pattern of behavior such as his would lead to scrutiny, surveillance, and recording of the offence.)

If its not CW3 Harvey K., New Jersey will sure to be the butt of the the joke! As Ive said you have to wonder why people do what they do sometimes! I know someone who used to a the business manager of a school district, knew all the accounting procedures but wound up writing himself three or four checks totaling 50,000 then decided to give the money back after depositing it in his checking account. Needless to say he is out of a job that was paying him in excess of a hundred grand, his family just about left him and now he's a convicted felon and lost his professional licenses.
