NASA chief wants to send humans to the Moon —'to stay'

I can think of several people I'd like to send to the moon to stay.

Actually scientifically it is a sound idea, all this talk about going to Mars etc, we should colonize the moon and learn how to live in such a hostile environment that is closer to home first. Plus there are several benefits from putting a habitat on the moon like using a low gravity environment for manufacturing some things that you cannot do here on earth.

I can think of a few to send there.
