It will take a LOT of power to keep a scaled-up unit going. They may need something with a far greater power-generating capacity than solar panels.

SGT Steve McFarland - They all ready have figured that out as I have read Mars has sub-surface water ice and the North Polar cap has vast amounts of water ice... On the moon, there is sub-rigolith water ice and there is water ice in many of the deeper craters... That said, it has to be brought to wherever the bases are located for processing... There is always something, Steve... LOL!
