That was Great but My Opportunity to Actually Fight a Fire didn't arrive until I was stationed at NSGD Sugar Grove, WV. State of Federal Park Wildfire. Nobody Taught Me How but I Learned on the Fly when the Base Responded.

Maybe if they hired and trained firefighteers and allowed the timber industry to properly manage wooded areas, instead of pursuing communists wetdreams, these fires would be better mitigated and extinguisehed???
