Wow! The museum for the U. S. Army is such a long time coming - nearly 250 years since its founding in 1775 - that it must be done right. The Army has shown itself capable of defeating any foe and has always won its battles with few exceptions. Kudos to all of our soldiers who enable us to live in freedom.

I plan on ordering one of these Commemorative Bricks with the name of the first person killed in my company. I became a founding member of the Museum once I learned of its existence that way I can see his name both on the Wall and at the Museum when it opens.

Been partially MIA (Maybe 40% "troop strength") relative to RP participation and trying to catch up/make up commo with my fellow RP'ers. Obviously not timely on most, but just had to at least send out a "pulse". Thanks, Mark (a year belatedly) for posting this very good intel.

On your recommendation, I will look into the subscription process. I already have more irons in the fire than I can handle, and I'm actually attempting to divest myself of some of them, priority-wise. I'll bet you know exactly what I'm talking about. I certainly won't attempt to speak for you, but you and I both are getting "long in the tooth", "ol' mossybacks" so to speak, and I see it as a time to hold my ground or even pull in my horns somewhat. 5 November '46 and 7 April '48 don't exactly shout flowering youth, brother. ;-)

SSG William Jones - I know exactly what you are talking about but this is a big one for us and it's been a long time coming. Someone out there bought me a brick and I have no way of finding who did it. So a visit back to where I did my advance training is on my bucket list.
