Had this game in military boarding school as a kid. Got to play it once over a period of two days with a faculty member and another student. I played the Warsaw Pact and I lost. I think my offensive ran out of steam as NATO airpower got control of the skies - but it was 30 years ago, so who knows? Had rules for tactical nukes, if I remember correctly - I know you wanted to keep your forces dispersed. More complicated than today's "Eurogame" boardgames - really requires you to be deep into nerd-territory in interest level, but the war it attempted to simulate was quite plausible for a long time back in the Cold War.
