Navy Can Afford to Save Its Cruisers, Lawmaker Says

I love the plans here and I sincerely hope to see it work. Yes these ships are aging and do need to be replaced but we need to get the replacement in the works before we start getting rid of these ships. These ships won't be able to be here forever and need to be looked into being replaced and soon. I do believe we can get a few more years of service out of these ships before we get rid of them.
