Had to laugh when one of our "Ditty Chasers" was telling stories about A-School. Said she woke up trying to copy a coffee percolator. Had another that said his first ship, was assigned a frequency and a target. When target came up, he stated "damn that guys is fast" and changed freqs to copy someone slower. After some wall to wall counselling, he never did that again and used his TNH-11.

I had to sleep with the radio on in A-School so I can sleep without hearing code in a quiet barracks room.
