Navy destroyer USS Howard's commanding officer fired

Being a commander is tough. Last to be hired, first to be fired.

Almost see a pattern here. Another was also relieved in may. Both destroyers are stationed at Yokosuki Japan. Other ship was USS Finn. Commanded by one Angela Gonsalves. She was relieved in May. He appears to be of Asian decent and she appears of Hispanic decent. Two ships stationed in same place are relieved within months form same area stationed. And both are minorities and both commanded a destroyers. Me thinks something is amiss. The USS Finn commander was the ship XO and took over command. Don't believe in coincidences like this.
