Navy Leader Calls for Holodeck-like Training Tech

The Army has a system that to some would seem to be quite futuristic; Imagine a computer simulation that could replicate anything that happens on the battlefield.

JCATS: provides the maneuver, it can be totally computer driven force on force or pucksters can move units per the commanders intend and guidance.

JDLM: provides the sustainment piece, accounting for bullets fired, fuel used or causalities produced, the other components of this suite provide for many other aspects of the battle.

I wish this was available when I was active. For those currently serving, contact your local Mission Training Complex to have them build an exercise for you.

It makes no sense to not use whatever tech will make sailors better at their job.
