most interesting... Need to know more of what was involves and what the whistle Blowers did and whom and What they ratted out...
I notice the majority of the upset congress critters were Liberals and progressives... all of BHO worshipers...

Yea, we need more info on this. But monumental ass clown, Ray Mabus, apparently liked Losey enough to surreptitiously grease the skids for his promotion after publicly firing him despite Chuck Grasley, one of the more honorable Republican senators, thinking Losey deserved being fired for violating the whistle-blower statute. And the Board for Correction of Naval Records disregarded three separate investigations by the Defense Department's IG that apparently found Losey had violated the statute. Sounds like the fix was in to me.

Interesting story. There must be a lot more to the story for the Navy to disregard congress that way. Especially since Congress holds the purse strings.
