"Desensitize" So That is What they Call It These Days, We Use to Call It "Freedom of Navigation Exercises" when I used to Handle the Messages for CINCUSNAVEUR or When I Used to Sit 20 Miles Off Bushehr Iran (Just to Piss them off and do a Little Order of Battle Analysis)

Capt Tom Brown Under International Standards, If I Remember Right, Your Border Extends out to 13 Miles to Sea, Most Countries consider 250 miles to Sea their Economic Zone. Technically a Russian War Ship can sit 15 Miles off Norfolk but they can't fish within 250 miles. I Used that 15 Miles Line Often to "Monitor" other Countries.
