WHY? to remove over half the Carriers crew will almost disable the ship. since all they have are Super Hornets Hummers and Choppers they can butcher the Air wing and make a few Joint Squadrons to be able to handle Air Ops, and a skeleton Crew of Ships Company can operate the ship. but removing the Skipper twice has a way of demoralizing the crew. They need to put a real go getter in there to bring that Lady Home. A high speed run across the pacific, no stops to her home port, so the Air wing can be off loaded and sent home, and anew Crew can be assigned trained and those who wish to be transferred once the new crew is trained and checked out the old crew's orders need to be cut with flank speed, and the new crew, and those who want to stay aboard be allowed to put the Harry S back into Bristol Fashion.
THEN the Pentagon neds their asses kicked and the Medical Department needs to be Keel hauled for not giving the entire Crew Hydroxychloroquine from the very beginning. It not only is a good propolaxis (preventative) but a good cure as well. India sears by it and their recovery rates are outstanding and their death rates are almost non existent. I was given that little jewel before I went into Singapore, Hong Kong, Mombasa Kenya, Port Louis Mauritius, Tunis Tunisia, and Casablanca Morocco. No one on the Enterprise or the Nimitz ever came down with Malaria a Virus.
Navy Medicine is bordering on malpractice for not using it. They sure as hell used it during the SCARS outbreak during Obama's regime. Why not now?
