This is devastating. Management clearly made poor decisions and continue to try to cover up their deadly mistakes, but they aren’t the only ones to blame. Governor Baker needs to take responsibility for the damage done by his persistent budget cuts. State Veterans Homes need more funding, more staffing, and management that focuses on providing quality care rather than cutting costs.

And we citizens of the great state of “Taxachusetts” have been assured that this tragedy will be fully investigated ,won’t be holding my breath though,I’ve lived here all my life and have absolutely no confidence in our local politicians / bureaucrats!
