I hope it still has something to offer when the electronic stuff doesn't work.
Also, just had a random idea I'll throw in here because why not: I like the idea of putting a remote weapon station on an articulated arm that can look over the top of cover, around a street corner, through the windows of a building, stuff like that. A long arm, like >20 feet, with 4 or more points of articulation (3 points would make each section 6' 8" I think). I guess you could do the same thing with a micro-uav but the arm could hoist an M240 or an M2. (I'm not parodying; serious.)
