Moron, maybe not Lt Col Charlie Brown. Being a judge is not bullet proof anymore in these days and times. When organized crime started publicly executing judges and their families, it seems like that dangerous door opened widely. This is one reason why I take issue with people being put in positions of authority for any reason except the right reason.
