There are a number of people who choose not to have and use credit cards. They should not be discriminated against.

Killed the credit cards, car loans, and mortgage in 1993, debt free ever since. I even maintain a positive balance with utilities/phone internet/etc. Can't explain how liberating being debt free is. It is really fun when you buy a new truck with cash. [Although the IRS does their best to crap in the middle of the joy, so now I find out the final price and pay with a bank draft.]

It says on the money "legal tender for all debts public and private" By law they have to take it unless I am missing something.
