Next President's Task List: Defeat ISIS on the Battlefield

I forgot to mention to the Air Force is cannibalizing parts to keep their B1 bombers flying so I can imagine how it is for the rest of the Air Force as well sorry I forgot to mention the Air Force

Next president's task list is to get a budget signed with Congress so we have a real budget. Right now most of the aviation units in the Marine Corps Navy and army are suffering from lack of spare parts due to budget cuts so we're basically running ourselves into the ground and not replenishing ourselves in this global war on terror and we need to get AB a better budget for military we can fix our plans they're cannibalizing Parts off of displays to keep planes flying the operational rate is it's really low and even in my Army reserve unit they won't pay for travel pay because the budgets all screwed up and it's only going to stay Thru the 9th of December so what happened have the 9th of December just give me the December surprise for both Democrats and Republicans and I'm suffering from it as a reservist and so is my Brigade Commander because we don't get paid over 300 allowance for flying you know two thousand miles to our drill.
