It remains to be seen. It's time to rebuild some bridges before they start falling down.

They aren't using that money for infrastructure. Anyone who believes that is naïve. It will distributed among the donor class who help write the laws that allow more printing of money and expect a portion of that fiat currency. Pet projects are cronyism and nepotism at it's worst.
