As much as we self-criticize ourselves in the West on Racism. Have to tell you from a life time of working in multi-cultural work environments and living in multi-cultural neighborhoods. Yes we do have problems with racism but NOTHING ON THE SCALE as you will find in Russia, India, China or for that matter Asia as a whole. My two cents. We do have a problem but we also need to keep it in perspective that we are still better off than most of the rest of the world in this area.
