Never a good thing to see a Shipyard Empty. Not good for the local community and economy. Not good to have ships stacked up either awaiting Maintenance. While All Sailors Hate Shipyard Period we know it's Importance for the Upkeep of our Vessels and the Importance to those communities that do the work.
