The government has de-classified and re-classified this kind of information through the years. What was considered unclassified for various reasons disappeared as the availability of technology and fissile material increased. This gentleman gained all of it as it was public information and was able to make educated judgement calls for stuff that wasn't out there for mass consumption. Pretty well done.
