There is no reason to the actions of an irrational person. Sadly, they just keep getting away with it until they don't. Just look at the example of Hitler. He wasn't that smart. His generals and diplomats advised against every move he made and were surprised when they succeeded. To be fair, I don't think that Hitler was smart enough to doubt and, thus, wasn't surprised when he succeeded. I feel the same way about Kim. The problem is that when people like Hitler and Kim succeed, they don't slither under a rock and count their blessings. They simply try again
