I don't worry about this guy, he would be lucky to get a weapon near Guam and I never believe leaked intel, those that know are not leakers. We have a history of over estimating our enemy. Between the TBMD shooter in the South China Sea, Japans defense force long and short range interceptors, and Guam's on THAADs. Any threat would be meet with multiple system at every stage of flight.
