North Korean Fighter Pilots Battled American Jets Over Vietnam

Apparently, the air war is something that every country and fighter pilot with a hint of an excuse wants to get in on for the sake of proficiency. My friend flew F86s in the Korean War. He said he could always tell in dog fights when he was flying against, N. Korean or Chinese or Russian pilots. He said the Russian pilots were good and gave him a real challenge. Anyway, my point is, everybody wants to get into the fight, and it's been that way for a long time.
