North Korean troops crossed into South while chasing defector, UN says

This ordeal will probably end up as a movie.

In Korea the UN is a combatant, not some higher HQ. On an almost daily basis the North comes to the table with a list of UN Violations and we with the same number of NK violations. Most defectors cross into China, across the Yalu River.

Too bad they we couldn't capture them.
