Great share brother Chip, local reactor was checked a few years back for minor issues, currently the reactor is slowly going offline permanently.

You Know what they call Uranium once it is no Longer "Active" Not Depleted Uraium (That is still Slightly Warm) You call It Lead, As it Degrades it Releases all kinds of neat stuff to include Radon Gas and Surprise, Surprise, Helium.
