I'm sure military institutions and government offices within the grounds of Department of National Defence well not allow it either. Stupid progressives. This is the same government that tried to put Progressive human rights into its latest trade failure with communist China. I hate drunks and druggies. They ruin everybody's lives. I have to druggie step-daughters that still do drugs even after going through rehab. Both are on public assistance. Both are messed up and both are in their twenties and they are not grown up! They don't live with us but just to think that to have druggies on board a nuclear sub or boat is unimaginable!
