NY taxpayers built $90M factory in DeWitt for firm that walked away, didn't create a job

The LED light company got an entire factory built for $120 they owe the state of NY. NY state pays the $90M to build the factory. Company decides after plant is built "Nah, thanks but we don't need it!" Is able to leave the poorly written contract, with no penalties. State now needs another $15M to refurb factory so another company "may" use it... This is yet another example of how crappy politicians are at spending YOUR money...
