The veil drops and we'll see the heart and soul of the narcissist. Sort of like the Wizard of Oz, isn't it?

Makes sense. He knows just as well as the public nothing will be done, as congress has shown it won't come through on promises to it's constituents of either party unless you have a ton of money to throw at them. Still waiting on the vote of the use of force in Syria and ISIS. Congress wanted to be part of the decision making process in it, and no vote has been made since. Obama will tout his achievements and his failures, and own them as he should. He may not be perfect, but I won't question his integrity or his intentions. He will speak on various items he wished had come sooner, and events that he wished he never had to see or be part of. This is his Swan song, and the one thing I hope he brings up is 2A. I'm still waiting to see this law that came out taking away weapons from legal owners of them. I look at the propaganda put out by those who don't like him at all let alone his stance on 2A, but when asked, they doubletalk around the issue and continue on with him taking away weapons. But I'd guarantee the gun lobby is loving him as a President because you can see the sheer uptick in weapons purchases by American's who seriously think he's taking them and believe the tin foil heads who tell this mess to them. I hope he brings up Jade Helm and how the government was "invading" Texas. I hope he brings up all the killing that has been going on, and how folks want to say the whole is responsible for the actions of the one, but when you flip it around, they claim not to be responsible for others. They weren't there. But it's ok to group religious groups as it's sum based upon the actions of a Looney few. I hope he brings up the protests, and how they do serve a purpose when executed properly, but how there is a clear bias when done in a minority or poor area, compared to when it's done in LA when the Lakers won the championship. Massive destruction on both parts, but one gets a bad rap and the other is a celebration. I hope he talks about cop shootings, both against the police and police against civilians, and how the thin blue line needs to begin to police their own, the same way those who do wrong against them should police up their own. I hope he brings up the fact that he's Black. No matter what PC way you want to make him to be, he's BLACK. To prove my point, to ANY black person out there, look at your family tree and tell me there isn't other skin tones in it. I'm one of the darker members in my family. Most are lighter than the President. There's no such thing as 100% black. Hasn't been for over a century. So media types who try to say he's not black he's "mixed" or whatever you can shove it. He's just as black as I am, and there's no doubt what I am. I hope he talks about Gitmo. It was a failure overall, but although he tried to shut it down, no one wants it gone. I KNOW in my heart I'd like him to talk about Bergdhal, but he won't and he can't. Many will say it wasn't worth it. For those who say that, look at the Soldiers Creed and try again. I don't like how we did it, but we HAD to do it. I hope he talks about the future and how we have ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. You can't take a great nation and "Make it great again". MJ never left the building, and his rings are still on his hands. So everyone still wants to be like Mike, and it just so happens we're Mike. For me, Obama has been a success. I do not like all of his ideas, but I admire that he stuck to them when others below him were bought out by Big (Whatever). I like the fact he was determined to be the "Peoples President" and was available on various shows and comedy sketches (the Zach one was probably the best with Jimmy Slowing down the News a very close second). He took hard questions and answered them. Not to everyone's liking, but that doesn't matter. He answered them. I wish he was more transparent like he claimed to be, but at what point does America really have a need to know? Got a clearance so he should spill his guts to you? I hope he speaks about sequestration and the effects it's having on readiness. It was a questionable idea put into motion, but it had bipartisan support so the blame on that can go everywhere and to his desk. I know he won't bring this up, but as a Soldier it was one of the LOWEST points of his term; to have an Officer on national TV call the CINC a Pussy. I don't care if you like him or not, there is a level of respect that IS his office and for him to have disrespected him in that manner makes US as a whole look undisciplined and foolish. But he's held as another one of those "Hero's". Kanye went off on Bush and he caught hell from all sides. And it was wrong what he did. But Ye isn't considered a "Hero" by anyone. Looking back I came into the service under a democrat. How I feel about him doesn't matter, a Republican took over, and feelings are the same. He was the CINC and I do as I'm told. And I left under a Democrat. I like the last two CINC's for different reasons, but I'm proud to have served under Presidents Obama and Bush. And if I was still in service, I'd be proud and willing to serve under the next one...even if it was Trump.

Sorry to say but I have. NOT heard of Pres. Obama "owning" even one of his failures. Early withdrawal from Iraq, failure to close the. border, gays in the military in everyone's face now? Closing GITMO? Good example of not understanding reality! MAJ Nodal, PC run Amuck, who recommended him for promotion? Workplace violence not terrorism, what percentage of Americans fell for that unreality.

Maybe if his list of things he wanted was in line with the American people he would have a chance.

LTC (Join to see) I'm not sure what your state does, but here in Missouri background checks are done...every time even if you have a CCW when buying from a dealer.

First recognize criminals do not obey the law. Then figure out how to get mental health to restrict the mentally ill from having access to guns. Obama is proud he has never owned a gun, maybe like how he is proud he had to give up his law licence to avoid criminal prosecution? He has no concept of reality and could not run a hotdog stand.

Progressives love feel good lipservice. Unintended consequences are not considered or the actual impact of there goofy ideas. Free college and let in sharia law refugees who will new assimilate are two good examples of their BS.
