Since Barack Obama’s first official State of the Union address, I have long anticipated his last! This is my final analysis and rebuttal of a Barack Obama SOTU. I have endured every word of his rambling rhetoric so you did not have to suffer through it.
Obama would not have been around to deliver this speech had he not lied about al-Qa'ida and Benghazi in 2012, having centered his whole campaign on his foreign policy “successes.” The only person more surprised by Obama’s re-election victory than he was would be Mitt Romney, who assumed he had it won, but could not pull it off because he failed to connect with grassroots conservatives.

As the old saying goes, denial isn't just a river in Egypt. He chooses to see the world as he wants it to be, not how it actually is. He is unwilling to accept the responsibility for what has gone wrong so he blames his predecessor/Republicans or simply acts as though it has not happened if there is no one to easily scapegoat.
I am sure he will do well the rest of the says of his life. He is set. All the best, time to go.

I can only repeat what I said elsewhere... Two things stood out in the SOTU: (1) Those who love Obama loved the SOTU and those who despise his Administration despised it (I won't belabor you with examples) further illustrating how he has divided the nation (a House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand - A. Lincoln); and (2) It is the first SOTU in history wherein the President used it as an opportunity to denigrate the principle candidate of the opposing party.

CPT Jack Durish POTUS has made several 'first' steps as POTUS. And, he has gotten away with it because of the disunity in congress. That is why Trump appeals to the proletariat, the establishment has not delivered, even when empowered!

President Obama stood in Paris France where 130 French citizens had been killed with bombs and gun fire just weeks ago and said "mass shootings only happen in America". I think that speaks to delusion and cynicism .
