All are minor. But, all really could be a bribe. If I give you something - you do what I want.

When I worked in government i insisted on NO gifts of any kind.

Capt (Join to see) Anything given can be a bribe I totally agree. Too bad our politicians don't have the same policy you did. It would certainly make lobbying interesting.

The official rule was no gifts over $3 value and everything was to be reported. What the heck is worth the trouble for $3. I did find a fifth on my desk once and could not identify who put it there.
