One time had a female prisoner that was raising hel on the way to jail. I finally got her to be quiet for a moment. I then started giving her the Miranda Warning; I told her that I wanted her to listen very carefully, you have the right to remain silent. Do you understand that right. Do you have any questions about that right? The female prisoner replied that she understood the right. At that point I told her to keep that right in mind and to excise her right to be quiet. She shut up and I had a quiet and pleasant ride to the jail.
