Similar attempts have been struck down by the courts. It may pass, but it won't last.

SGT (Join to see) A pretty transparent attempt to restrict abortion to the extent possible. It is pretty much the only area where we even consider having one adult who has veto power over the health decisions of another mentally able adult.
It it can survive on its own after its removed, go for it, the dad can keep it. Forcing someone to be an incubator is not acceptable.
