Well admittedly, its been a while since I've been there, but the Fort Sill Artillery museum is pretty comprehensive. Oklahoma tho. Charleston, South Carolina has the wonderful Patriot's Point, plus Fort Sumnter.

I can't recall what's at Fort Sumter I was there but nothing for the original Civil Wars there then rebuild a quite a few times

Not necessarily from a battle, but outside Ft Riley, KS, is one of the surviving M65 "Atomic Annie" cannons. They were designed to fire nuclear artillery rounds a whopping 20 miles.
