I know - being a Systems Engineer has not endeared me to self-anointed climate scientists when I ask specific questions about data integrity, assumed data linearity and model input assumptions that are used to compute deterministic and probabilistic outcomes

He's correct in pointing out the fatal flaw of Climate Change "Predictions" which is the Computer models. The world's best Computer Models for weather approach or exceed 50 percent fail rates at 3 months out. When you try to extend them out to a single year they are less accurate than a guess based on past history. So, how accurate can a weather model be when you extend it out to greater than 30 years, which is necessary to begin looking at actual Climate Change? The answer is that there has not been a single climate change model that has been found to be accurate beyond a single year.

MSgt James Mullis - you hit the proverbial nail on the head. Climate models are based upon assumed linearity between discreet variables. The assumption of a predicable linear relationship are based upon probabilities.

Well 97% of scientists do believe in climate change, it's just what these 97% agree on is the actual make or break.

It was once called global cooling that was changed to global warming. As the perfect CYA, they changed it to "climate change" which kinda covers everything. Oh, and BTW, the weather is going to change this weekend.

An editor at Forbes magazine wrote "It’s likely that 97% of people making the 97% claim have absolutely no idea where that number comes from." What we do know is that nowhere near 97% of scientists agree that we should ban most fossil fuel use while causing senior citizens to choose between heating/cooling and food.

Oh I don't even need to wait untill this weekend for the Climate to change. I just got to wait 3 hours.

I never stated that 97% of the scientists agreed that we should ban anything. I just stated that 97% of scientists agree that climate change (Like above) is a thing. I don't need to be a scientist to see Climate change happens everyday about every hour.

Good. Now if he can just pull us out of the UN or at the very least defund them.
