I think these oil despots won't get the cut they want to raise the price since they all cheat on each other. Canada and the USA can still mess up the Cartel's scheme. What do you think?
Pipeline delays or cancellations only mean more oil from the bad guys like Iran, Venezuela and Russia that are not out friends.
