I am not a fan of climate science(which is more like Climate Ideology). I live in Canada and the price of gasoline and natural gas are purposely being planned to going up each year due to carbon taxes that have been pushed and convinced the politicians to sign the Kyoto Accords.
You have all heard about me complaining in the past about how climate science is more of a political science and if you don't agree about that the Earth is warming due to man's fault, you are kicked out of the climate science community. This article talks about open physics versus The Secret of climate science. I haven't verified that second point that climate science is Secret. Maybe they could be secret because their findings don't match what Dr. Judith Curry( the former subject matter expert of climate science until she disagreed with the groupthink proletariat )has said the last few years that climate science is bad science or pseudoscience.
Yes, the Earth is warming but we don't know if it's caused by...although, most of the studies that are being pushed out or paid for today are with the premise that MAN is at fault for the warming of the earth and NOT other factors such as the Earth being in between ice ages.
All I know is that my gasoline bill is up approximately $4 a tankful and rising in my natural gas bill was $29 higher due to a "carbon tax". I'm not going to turn my damn thermostat down to 60 instead of 70 just to make some stupid politician and demented environmentalist happy.

The whole man-made global warming disaster myth began with socialist objectives (and was preceded with hooey about global cooling and a new ice age, but anyway...), but it evolved into a very big industry. Some businesses and their investors make a A LOT of money off products that have no real advantage other than to satisfy people who believe that mankind is creating some sort of climate disaster. Because there is now a combined motivation of increasing state power and making big money, big business and its allies in government and the media are now the "desperate clingers" of anthropogenic warming hysteria.
I especially like it when Bill Nye, who has as much formal education and training in the sciences as the kid who bagged my groceries yesterday, talks down to skeptics. That's great. Or Leonardo di Caprio, who probably couldn't spell Periodic Table, and then there's the "The More You Know" PSAs on TV...anyway....

Or stupid Jane Fonda gets paid to come to the oil sands area of Fort McMurray to tell Canadians do not continue with their multibillion-dollar synthetic fuel program from the oil sands but she's doing so not from a teleconferencing location California but from a jp-8 powered helicopter flying over the oil production area. Sounds kind of stupid when she could have view the whole thing probably from a PBS or a private video on YouTube of the trending pons and the synthetic oil production that makes over 500,000 barrels a day or more in both Saskatchewan and Alberta. Real social fools. How did Jane Fonda get into Canada anyway? I thought she was convicted for civil disobedience in the 1970s? PFC Manning wasn't allowed in the Canada for being a traitor so how did she get up here?

Edmonton breaks record for consecutive days at or below zero
The Blatchford Weather Station found the mercury hit 0 C on Oct. 29, 2017 and it has failed to stay above that mark for 24 consecutive hours since!

I fear global cooling many many many times more than global warming.
We can handle heat. Cold induced crop failures have decimated the globe many times.

Climate change idiots and the carbon tax idiot Kyoto fools don't want other points of view nor do they allow compromise on regulations and further research that global warming is an exact science. I hated $100 carbon taxes added in the last 3 months to my natural gas bill to force me to use less in this fucking cold Winter of 2017/2018.
