So let me get this straight... you are outraged by this case... a case with no tangible evidence from 30 something years ago. But have no concern with the Keith Ellison's case? One where their is actual 911 calls and other supporting evidence... Is it because of Kavanaugh being conservative? And Ellison is a Democrat?

Democrats aren't "completely silent" … they are attacking the accuser and defending the scumbag. This is the Party of Clinton (both of 'em).

I already expressed my outrage weeks ago, and Minnesota is dealing with him politically. And who is Ellis to me? No one. You know what does have evidence? Trump's dozens of assault and harassment allegations. Choke on that hypocrisy, he's POTUS now.

Hypocrisy??? A person is not guilty without evidence. Otherwise there would be no justice. I can't just say some one did a thing and poof that makes them guilty, regardless. There must be proof. Just because a person says a thing happened doesn't mean it did. Even Monica had to produce the dress... Ellison has actual evidence. There is no evidence against Kavanaugh. A hazy memory from decades ago vs police reports and 911 recordings. Her case should never had made it this far. In any court of law it would be thrown out for lack of substantial evidence.

Justice delayed is justice denied. How many times have we seen this play out? Justice delayed. Whose justice? The accused. Yes, the accused is equally deserving of justice with the accuser. By delaying several decades, there is no evidence. It is just a she said/he said battle, and those who hate the accused side with the accuser. And just by saying what I have written so far, I will be damned as supporting the accused. Who will believe that my dog in this fight is named Justice? Some go so far as to claim that she must be believed. Why? Because their dog is named Feminism or Democrat or Progressive or Socialist or Antifa or... That's why rules of evidence preclude hearsay evidence, and why the greatest loser in this fight will be Justice. That is also why we must consider these claims in context. Even if the accuser is telling the truth, she is telling it in the context of a political circus and that is no minor issue.

SSG Jessica Bautista - Sorry, I missed one of your points. Why is this judge so important? The current political circus isn't about this judge. Not even close. It's about delay. The Democrats are desperate to delay the proceedings. They are hoping against hope that they will regain control of Congress in November and then can force appointment of Justices who will help them fundamentally change America. President Trump could present them with a slate of 100 nominees and not one of them would be appointed until the Democrats get to decide the issue.

SSG Jessica Bautista This specific judge is important because he is young, conservative, and his confirmation would be another victory for Trump whose impact will continue to be felt long after he leaves office. Liberals desperately do NOT want to see another Conservative on the Supreme Court bench — especially one as young and bright as Kavanaugh!
Trump has also stated his goal of erasing Obama’s legacy and he isn’t just saying it; he’s doing it!
The Democrats are trying to hold up Kavanaugh ‘s nomination by all means they have and false allegations of sexual misconduct has become part of their playbook and Democratic SOP. To Liberals, the end justifies the means. So what if these are false allegations... ??? It’s better to lie and get rid of Trump in their mind so that he doesn’t get to stack the Supreme Court with Conservative Justices...
If they can hold up Kavanaugh’s nomination till after the midterms and win a majority in the House, they can deny Trump’s appointment of Kavanaugh and hopefully Mueller can dig up something on Trump to impeach him with. This is their real goal but they don’t have enough on Trump to hang him...
And if Trump is impeached, they can nullify the effect of his appointments. The thought of Pence replacing Trump is scary but that is a bridge they can cross AFTER getting rid of Trump! He is persona non grata to the Swamp he promised to drain. Anything they can do to thwart Trump’s success will be hailed as a great accomplishment for Progressivism!

CPT Jack Durish - I agree about responsibility, don't get me wrong. However, when it comes to pregnancy, the responsibility isn't often equally distributed. Also, I'd like to reiterate that most abortions are performed before viability and are not covered by tax payers. However, welfare programs are, and when a woman is denied a choice, that's often what she ends up dependent on.
Frankly, I have little sympathy for the delay. Merrick Garland's seat was held open for far longer.

Capt Jeff S. - I'm not surprised that you have already deemed the allegation false.

Kavanaugh has had 6 FBI investigations and several congressional hearings. AFTER his last congressional hearing someone comes forward with an allegation? Ford sent the letter to Diane Feinstein 2 months ago. Ford also sent a lteert to the New York Times. Prior to this she lawyered up and took lie detector test. Now she refuses to testify. Grassley offered her telephonic hearing, offered to fly the committee to California, offered to fly her to DC. Ford has refused all those offers. Well she has had plenty of opportunities, sorry.

She had to flee her own home after just accusing him, and you can't bring yourself to realize why she might not want to testify? Why she decided to protect herself with a lawyer and a polygraph? You're just proving her concerns correct. Background checks would not have any record of her, so those 6 investigations are irrelevant.

SSG Jessica Bautista - Why put your self out if you won’t testify? Dr Ford sentva letter to the New York Times as well as Diane Feinstein and scrubbed her social net work.. This is just ugly, Kavanaugh and his family have received death threats. There is no collaborating evidence the party or situation Dr Ford discribed occurred. Dr Ford has named 4 people other than herself as being at the party. Kavanaugh, Judge, Smyth or Smith, and a lady named Keyser. All deny any recollection of the party Dr Ford discribed. Lie detector tests are unreliable and can be beaten. So what exactly is the evidence we base Kavanaugh’s guilt on? 30 + year old memories? Remember Dr Ford didn’t name names until very recently, and the number, and sex of attendees has varied. Dr Ford didn’t remember the year. This is all very ambiguous. Lie detectors are very fallible. If my career etc depended on one I would not do it unless I absolutely had to. http://www.apa.org/research/action/polygraph.aspx My son recently graduated from college. I made my son and his wife a wall clock. I got a wall hanging from Hobby Lobby, modified it. I got some wood with a pretty grain and mounted it behind the wall hanging and inserted a clock mechanism and placed hour markings around the frame. I used a bronze aged finish on the hands of the clock and the numbers marking the hours. My son’s wife asked me if I made the clock. I got flummoxed. I didn’t make the wall hanging or clock mechanism etc. If I said yes was I lying?
