SSgt Christopher Brose - Hillary lost the elect because of a system designed to count black people as 3/5 of a human. Don't get lost in your perception that Hillary lost because of your belief. She won the majority of the votes. I would clearly agree with your assumption if HIllary would've lost both the popular and electorate then you would have a legitimate argument that people hate the Democrat.

Cpl Tou Lee Yang - Doubling down, I see. You have been brainwashed by silly people pushing nonsense theories regarding the electoral college. The genius of the Framers was shown in, among other things, recognizing that democracy in the sense you want is simply mob-rule, or the tyranny of the majority. They devised a brilliant way to elect our President that forces candidates to consider the wants and needs of smaller states. Ignore it to your own peril, as both Hillary and Gore found out the hard way. (Did you know the term "flyover country" is a Democrat invention?)

If you think the electoral college is inherently racist, please feel free to amend the Constitution. But that will never happen because (A) you know your argument is bullshit, and (B) even if you do believe it, your side doesn't have the guts to actually put what they believe in writing for the rest of the country to critically examine, and (C) if they ever actually did write it all down and actually go through the process of amending the Constitution, only a handful of liberal states would ever approve it. The goal of such an amendment would be to take power away from the states in flyover country, and the people in flyover country aren't going to take very kindly to that. Face it, you will never have a better idea than the electoral college.

By the way, I didn't say people hate the Democrat. It is true that a lot of people hate Hillary Clinton, and therefore it was stupid of the Democrat Party to select her as their candidate, but I didn't say anything about hating her in my remarks. I said that the condescending attitude of those on the left actually pushed many people to vote for Trump.

SSgt Christopher Brose - It looks like you're tripling down. Your argument is not only flaw but a fallacy. The electoral was created for the sole purpose to prevent the South from being disenfranchised because there were more people in free states, this would give them more representative. So in order to make it fair, the electoral college was created to give the south a voice based on their slave population. In addition to the era, many people were illiterate and were not familiar with the political process so their vote would basically be useless. The electoral college help allivate this problem by having a represtative vote for them instead. Unlike the society of today where social media, radio station, and TV many people in rural area would have lived and died in their home town.

Although I do like the false premises that the electoral college is designed to prevent a tyrannical majority rule. DO you actually believe that the majority of the people would even agree with tyranny? States should not be able to vote but in an electoral college it basically gives them that right. So basically a tyrannical minority can actually force their belief upon the majority and that's exactly what you're conveying.

No, Hillary is the best candidate to EVER ran for POTUS. She's been the first lady of Arkanasa, White House, Senator, and Secretary of State. No one has ever had that much credentials nor experience and I don't foresee anyone in our lifetime that will have the same resume. Regarding your charges of racism, go ahead and accuse me all you want. I don't give a shit about yours or anyone else's race or skin color.
