Europa is one of the Moons of Jupiter and is second in line with its four major moons... and Europa is seen as a planet, which may support life as we know it... The surface of Europa is water ice and everything scientists have been able to identify indicate that this moon has a water ocean beneath its icy crust.... One would think that this planet would be too cold for life as it is -160° C along its equator and -220° C at its poles... However, due to the gravitational pull of Jupiter on its moons, creates a heated core from expansion and contraction... It is one of the likely places we may find has life... More exploration is planned as we move forward in time...

I think there is a pretty good chance we will find some sort of life there...probably bacteria or single celled life

I agree with you on that... and am hopeful that we may find life like we find in the depths of the Pacific where the Earth has thermal vents and lifeforms thrives in that environment... I wish I could be around to see that, but it's not in the cards... LOL!

Pretty foolish to think we are the only life out there in the vast universe. What form of life is probably the relevant question.
