That "undocumented Latina mom" didn't buy anything with "her" government assistance, because she doesn't get any. There are no cash or equivalent welfare programs whatsoever, including food stamps that are given to undocumented immigrants.

Now their US Citizen children are another matter entirely. They most definitely are entitled to food stamps, Medicaid and whatever other programs are available to poor US citizens, and rightly so. I have no doubt that that mother was buying milk with her children's food stamps, for her children to drink.

I just love how so-called "Christian" conservatives pick and choose from their supposedly holy Bible; ranting and raving against same-sex marriage and abortion, while simultaneously trying to pull programs that help "the poor" and "the immigrant", who happen to be two groups that their book tells them to help.

"Compassionate" conservatives? My ass.
