He had some damn good lawyers. This is a hard to have an opinion on. So I am just going with the objective truth. He had good lawyers, because it is hard as hell to prove "not guilty on reason of mental illness"

Sad state of affairs that this happened. However, I think they should take out the "Not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect" as a defense. He did the crime and needs to be punished for it according. Are they going to let this guy back on the street in a couple years! What's to say he won't have another breakdown and repeat this crime?

Cpl Gerald Tucker Sometimes with these "Mental" Issue Defenses, Works Out for Society's Benefit. Until "He is No Longer a Threat to Himself or Others" they can Hold Him. Which could be Life Imprisonment. Never Know.
