Overcoming All-Or-Nothing Thinking When You Have Anxiety Issues

I don't ever recall having "All-or-Nothing Thinking", Charlie... I may have been on the outskirts of it... All I can say is the more you learn, the more the more you must learn some more!

I get all or nothing thinking from time to time - mostly when super stressed. I also get/have FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) - almost all the time. I also have Time Disphoria (I just made that up!) I think they may all be related to each other, and to ADHD (Which I have not been diagnosed with!).
I have trouble making decisions sometimes because I worry that if I choose 1 then I will miss out on 2, which MIGHT have been better.
I sometimes think that if I do "X" that I will NEVER get to do "Y", so I should just give up on "Y" and forget about it. But that is depressing, so I don't do "X" either, because then you at least have the POTENTIAL to do either "X" or "Y" still.
I sometimes think that a thing will only take 10 minutes to do/finish, but it actually takes hours. Or conversely, I'll think that a thing is going to take an hour, but when I actually do it it only takes 10 minutes. Or I'll start doing something, and think it's only been 15 min, but an hour and a half have passed, as I was focusing on the thing.
I'll have to read the article and see if it would help.
