Chip most people won't realize this can happen during any phase of a vaccine trail. This is why Doctor Fauci said if everything goes will an there's no road blocks we would have a vaccine by the end of the year as a best case scenario. I've told many people I know don't expect a vaccine to be approved or ready until late spring over next year. Vaccination just like any other project is a Trail by fire. You have to take the time study the data study the subjects. Different DNA or even blood types could be more effective or cause my harm then others. The human body an biology are very complex. An even when a covid vaccine is approved if it is ever approved will be just like a flu vaccine an work at different percentages within different ethnic groups.
