As more comes out, the more we find that the broward county sheriffs office completely botched the incident. Their lack of engagement most likely killed children by letting them bleed out.

the whole department leadership should be fired and and stripped of immunity so the parents can personally sue them as well as the county and state for this gross incompetence

We will never really know if they had been allowed in, would they have saved lives. My thoughts are they probably would have. They should have been allowed to go in, they knew the risks. My real concern is that nothing will be learned from this shooting on the LE side. The BCSO has so obfuscated and lied about what happened in there, that no meaningful lessons learned will be available for other LE units. Other than "Don't be like Broward."
