Pentagon comptroller: Using the audit to drive change

I wonder how much the continuous audit will cost - and - will the auditing hamper operational readiness and/or mission effectiveness? Do the auditors get hazardous duty pay? How about body armor and a weapon? Warmest Regards, Sandy :)
