The next mofo to try to say “the outer space treaty” gets a throat punch. The 1967 “Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies“ only prohibited putting WMD in space

Or just do not want us violating treaties, that we pushed for, on the whim of a madman.
Treaties are legally binding you know. Doing so make the United States a nation whose word is meaningless
