Clarifying questions:

It is OK for a self-identified male with female genitalia to shower with biological men who self-identify as male, but if a self-identified female with male genitalia showers with biological men, is that a violation of UCMJ article 120c? Who gets charged?

What happens if a bisexual or gender fluid person showers with someone who self-identifies as heterosexual? Is that a violation of UCMJ Article 120c? Who gets charged?
